Pineapple Upside Down Cake

Ingredients for Topping
4 tbsp of butter
4 tbsp of brown sugar
1 Can sliced Pineapple

Cake Ingredients
2 ¼ cups of flour
1 ½ tsp of baking powder
½ tsp of salt
1 ½ stick of butter ( ¾ cup ) at room temperature
 Cup of sugar¾
3 eggs at room temperature
1 tsp of vanilla
¼ cup of pineapple juice (from the pineapple can)

Method
Heat oven 180 , for the topping melt butter, then spread in the pan and sprinkle over it the brown sugar.
Dry the pineapple slices between paper towel and arrange them in the pan.
Sift flour, baking powder and salt and leave aside.
Mix butter with sugar until mixture is fluffy,  then add eggs one at a time then stir in the vanilla.
Add the flour mixture in three parts in alternative with the pineapple juice, beginning and ending with flour.
Spread evenly into the pan and bake for around 45 to 55 minutes.
